Face Yoga Certification

The Face Yoga Institute™, a branch of Consciously Living™, carries forward our mission to live with presence, faith, and intention. Rooted in the philosophy of yoga—which unites body, mind, and spirit—our program blends facial techniques, nervous system awareness, skincare routines, and mindful self-care. We train practitioners to guide clients toward relaxation, inner balance, and confidence, while honoring yoga's deeper aim of cultivating connection, authenticity, and conscious living. Purpose – Face Yoga Institute™ The Face Yoga Institute™ equips practitioners with holistic tools that honor beauty, wellness, and mindful living. By combining face yoga, breathwork, skincare routines, and conscious self-care, we prepare teachers to share practices that support well-being and confidence, while embodying values of presence, authenticity, and integrity in both personal and professional life. Learning Outcomes Graduates of this certification will be able to: • Demonstrate foundational face yoga techniques that encourage lifting, toning, and releasing tension • Explain the origins and philosophy of yoga and apply them to face yoga practices • Integrate holistic tools such as breathwork, tapping, and affirmations to support stress relief and mindfulness • Design simple self-care routines that combine face yoga with supportive tools and sensory practices • Apply professional standards of ethics, safety, and client-centered practice Program Length: 24 Hours • Online self-paced lectures, practice, and reflections: ~22 hours • Live Zoom practicum and Q&A: ~2 hours • Optional: Ongoing monthly support calls for 12 months (continuing education) Disclaimer The Face Yoga Institute™ Certification Program is a private educational program.
